The comics utilized the character of Tony Stark to remind readers that even when someone seems to have it all, it can feel hollow. Watching Tony come to terms with his issues and find new ways to give back to the world he tirelessly defends is one of the reason’s he resonates with audiences since the 1960s. While he may be a more giving and well-meaning man than when he was first introduced, continues to find new and entertaining ways to spend his vast wealth.
