Paul Michael Hill (born in 1954) is an Irish Author, Army Veteran, and Human Rights Activist from Belfast, Ireland. He is best known as the Ex-Spouse of Courtney Kennedy Hill (Human Rights Activist). Furthermore, he also wrote a book Stolen Years: Before and After Guildford. Additionally, Michael remained a member of Guildford four.

However, he along with three people named Paddy Armstrong, Gerry Conlon, and Carole Richardson. They accused in the Guildford Club Bombing case of 1974. Still, they too suffered from horrifying torture for many years.

The four people forced to sign the confession letters. Paul charged for the murder of Brain Shaw (British Soldier). Soon, he released from the prison on October 19, 1989. He faced the longest prison of 15 years. Earlier, Michael Hill involved with the Irish army.
